From the very beginning, we have held Passenger
Service Agent (PSAs) of various airlines i.e. Aero Asia, Bhoja Air. We are one of the earliest
PIA PSA in Lahore and currently we two PSAs of the national air carrier.
Similarly we awarded PSA of Shaheen Airline during very early stages of their operations. We
are on of the top producing PSA for the Airline.
We are awarded offline PSA of Qatar Airways in 2000. We help Qatar Airways to become a strong
player in the market and remained their top agent for years to come.
Similarly in 2004, as offline PSA of Gulf Air was also awarded to us, which resulted in
tremendous increase in Gulf Air sales due to our committed team and vast network.
Because of our strong reputation of PSA handling, top sales productivity and excellent
financial reputation, we were awarded RAK Airways’ Passenger Service Agent (GSA) for whole of
Pakistan in November 2011. RAK Airways was a completely unknown product in the market. The
operation initially started with twice weekly flights from Lahore and Peshawar. It was due to
our strong and focused marketing, that the airline, which came to the market as a web based
low cost carrier, within a very short span of time converted to a full legacy carrier. In less
than a year of operation the frequency was increased from twice to thrice weekly at both
stations and a third station, Islamabad, was added with twice weekly operation. Ras Al Khaima-
Jeddah frequencies were enhanced and Riyadh flights were started on our strong demand.
